HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM?

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING? IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate you have booked and each property. Should the need to cancel arise, please advise us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid any cancellation fees. For special events we operate a 14 day cancellation policy. You may view the cancellation policy as it pertains to your booking in your booking confirmation email.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY BOOKING ONLINE?
When you book online directly with us on each site we take your credit card details to secure your booking. The card will not be charged unless you do not cancel your stay. Otherwise you will pay the full balance of your stay at the hotel.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY STAY?
Your stay must be fully paid at each property. The method of payment can be either the card you used as a guarantee of the booking, another card or cash. If you decide to pay with another card or to pay in cash, you will still be required to show the card you have used as a guarantee.
Guest room upgrades are subject to availability and will incur an extra charge, which can be paid directly at the hotel.
ARE THERE LIFTS IN THE HOTEL?
Yes, each property has at least one lift.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT EACH PROPERTY?
Dingle Skellig Hotel and Dingle Benners Hotel each have free onsite car parking. The Skellig Hotel also has 4 EV chargers. Base Dingle offers street parking only.
IS THERE AN INTERNET CONNECTION?
Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout each property. You will be asked for our password which is available from hotel reception and is printed on your room key card. This does not require your email address to log in.
CAN I BOOK EXCURSIONS WITH YOU?
You can book an excursion directly with the different providers when you arrive to each property. We have a list of local things to do as well as some discount tokens for some local providers. On check in we can explain these to you. Dingle Tourist Office also have extensive lists of what is on in the area and the most popular things to do.

IS THERE A LAUNDRY SERVICE IN DINGLE?
There is a laundrette in Dingle on Spa road called Dingle Laundry.

We operate a smoke free policy throughout all properties.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS AT EACH PROPERTY?
No, we are pet free but welcome service dogs only.
